Thursday Night League at Odessa CrossFit. Teams are made up of a roster of 3 people per team but only 2 will need/can participate per week. The league will have 6 workout evenings over 7 weeks starting May 13th. Deadline to register is May 7th. Schedule will be released on May 9th and workouts will be released for the week every Sunday via Instagram. Workouts will start at 6:30pm and will last until 9pm at the latest. Workouts will take 15-30 minutes depending on the week. For example, if you have the 6:30pm time on the schedule then you will be done at least by 7pm. Men and women teams breakdown however you want and weights will be adjusted appropriately. Each event must be judged at Odessa CrossFit, no exceptions. Minimum movement standards needed to participate are as follows:
Barbell movements such as snatch and strict press at 95/65lbs.
(There will be heavier barbells in other movements but if you are able to do the above you will be fine in the format.)
Sign your team up and reserve your spot. We will be limiting teams to even numbers for a smooth execution.
