Performance Program

Performance is a program based on building a solid foundation of proper lifting and a mix of CrossFit conditioning. A program designed with progressive overload to keep a constant challenge and a metabolic conditioning piece each day. Looking to get started in CrossFit, Performance Program or Beginner Class are the best options. 

Fitness Program

 FITNESS Classes are based on the CrossFit philosophy of CONSTANTLY VARIED, HIGH INTENSITY, FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT.  If you are looking to stay in incredible shape or improve your health and fitness, FITNESS is the programming for you.  Classes are no longer than 60 minutes.

Sport Program

SPORT Classes are designed to prepare individuals for the rigors of competition.  Key elements of SPORT will be continuous Strength Cycles, Seasonal Programming for competition, and high level skill elements. Classes are no longer than 1 hour.

Beginner Class

A 45 minute class designed to improve your health and fitness. CrossFit methodology has proven to be the most effective training method on the planet. The beginners class will introduce you to the movements and rapidly Improve your fitness.

Monday - Friday

5am, 6am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 11am, 12pm, 4:30pm,  5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturday 

9:30 am
