This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class is designed to maximize fat burn, build endurance, and improve overall conditioning in just 45 minutes. After a quick dynamic warm-up, athletes move into multiple short, intense work intervals (30 seconds to 2 minutes) followed by brief rest periods. The workout includes a mix of cardio, bodyweight movements, and light-to-moderate weights. Expect stations, EMOMs, or AMRAPs using movements like burpees, kettlebell swings, box jumps, DB snatches, and rowing. The session wraps with a cooldown to restore mobility and promote recovery. This class is fast-paced, fun, and scalable for all fitness levels.
