First, we will have you fill out a questionnaire to determine what your goals are and we can get to know you a little better. Second, we will schedule an in person or Zoom meeting to go over goals, get to know you a little deeper, see if we are a good fit to work together, determine your coach, go through a movement assessment and help us to start programming for you. Third, we will discuss membership options that best fit your goals and needs. Fourth, get started in structured training times and build consistency to reach your goals.
Yes. You will need to register for an hour-long time slot. For the time being do your best to be done within the hour time slot that you are registered. As the Covid-19 restrictions loosen, we plan to loosen the restrictions on being within the hour.
We will be using a program/app called TrueCoach. It will deliver your individualized programming directly to your phone for you to see. It comes with instructions, ability to log/track progress, mark as completed, and message your coach.
Absolutely! If you want to train with your friends then go for it! It all depends on what you want. We can match your programs to be similar so that you may still train with your buddies. You simply need to let us know on your questionnaire and communicate this to your coach. We understand the importance of training partners and groups to keep you pushing. We understand completely this is an important and often underrated aspect of success. For the most part, training will be matched with some slight variations according to your goals for training partners.
We understand it is hard to decide. We want you to have clear objectives for what you want to accomplish. Goals need to be well defined. Your coach can help you define this. Once your goals are defined, we will program to maximize and help you reach your goals. If your goals change, we will revisit your programming and adjust according to your goals. This all comes down to communication with your coach to find the best program for you to be consistent and successful. We will revisit every 4-6 weeks to determine if your goals are the same or if they need to be adjusted.
We understand the desire to do more. We always have that feeling of wanting to do more and the world of social media certainly does not help that. We see something and we want to try it. We feel the undo pressures and feel as though we are not doing enough. MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. Understand, we will program for you to meet your goals. We take into account your lifestyle, occupation, family life and other factors to program for your to be successful. Comparing your program to someone else's program is of no value. We are not wearing the same shoes and we don’t have the same lifestyle. Follow your programming and you will reach your goals. Constantly moving from one program to another will not help you reach your goals but will actually slow the progress. If your goals change, talk to your coach and we can adjust your plan.
We understand this and this is one flaw in the Group Class model of training. If you miss a day it's hard to allow you to make it up. You miss the squat cycle day and you are now behind for next week. We get this issue and this is one of the benefits of structured training. You now have the ability to make those days up, but this comes to communication with your coach. Communicate with your coach of your desire to make up the programming and ensure that is what they want you to do in the interest of your goals.
Yes. We need to know your adherence and completion rate. This allows us to know how much of your programmed work you are completing. This will help us program for you to keep you on track to be successful. Not able to make it but 3 days a week instead of the 6 days you anticipated. Thats ok but let us build your program around the days you can make it.
We have you covered from programming, to coaching, to space and equipment. We have what you need to become the best. Our new software allows you to send videos directly to your coach and have them analyze the video. Not only that but you will have a coach there to help you during structured classes.

Of course you can, your coach will program a mix of CrossFit and endurance to help you reach these goals and knock off those bucket list runs and races.
Body is a lifting program similar to a traditional bodybuilding program. The goal is to look good naked. It includes segmented lifting days and low intensity steady state cardio. This combination has been proven to help you achieve body composition goals.
Communication is the key. This will be part of the questionnaire and your coach will adjust as needed. The coach in class can help you adjust movements as needed if a new pain comes up. We are here to help guide and adjust as needed every step of the way.

Structure and consistency are the two most important aspects of success. To achieve this you need consistency and continuity in your programming. Success does not come from cherry picking from one program to another based on your wants that day. This falls in line with general programming and does not relate specifically to your needs as an athlete. This is designed for the general population. CompTrain and many other gyms offer great programming. We do not discredit this, but we do feel having consistency in your training programming is vital. Communicate and have a conversation with your coach concerning this and we will help to develop the best program for you to be successful in meeting your goals.
